Terms and Conditions 

1. New tenants must rent a unit for the referral to count in this competition
2. Multiple units rented means the name goes in the drawing more than once
3. Tenants can rent another unit themselves to be entered into the competition
4. Gift cards will be mailed to the address on the account only
5. Drawing winners will be called to arrange to pick up of prizes
6. Current tenants' account must be paid in full to be eligible for the gift card and the grand prize
